The Role

As a Founding Engineer, you will be a cornerstone of our technical team. You won’t just be writing code; you will be defining how we scale, not only our infrastructure and technology but also our engineering culture and values.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in a silo and close Jira tickets. This is for a product-minded engineer who is energized by solving hard problems, creating tangible business impact, and growing alongside the company.

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: You will own the full lifecycle of new features, from architecture to deployment. You won't just follow a roadmap; you will help define it by proposing features that add real value.

• Client Obsession & Discovery: You will participate in client-facing meetings. We believe engineers build better products when they understand the user’s pain firsthand.

• Scalability & Infrastructure: You will ensure our AI agents can handle thousands of concurrent interactions without breaking a sweat.

• Culture Building: As an early member, your standards for code quality, communication, and "Optimistic Grit" will set the tone for future hires.

Who We Are Looking For

• A "Smart Ignorant": You know you don’t know everything, but you have the "Smart Ignorance" to figure it out fast. whether it's a new AI model or a new framework.

• Bias for Action: You prefer shipping and iterating over over-engineering. You understand that we are in the "first mile of a marathon."

• Technical Excellence: You bring strong full-stack skills and a solid grasp of software architecture. You have expertise in scaling services using languages like Node.js, Python, or Go.

Note: If your background is in other languages (Java, Rust, Scala, Clojure, etc.), we still want to talk. We hire for engineering intuition and problem-solving, not just syntax.

• Product Mindset: You care about the why and the who, not just the how. You understand that code is a tool to solve business problems.
